How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time varies by item please refer to the items detail page for availability.

To determine when your order will arrive, allow 2 to 3 business days for processing plus the transit time of your choosing. The processing time is to personalize, crate a proof if one is requested to print, cut, assemble and pack your order.

Example: If you place an order on a Friday, it will not ship till Tuesday or Wednesday and delivery will vary by shipping method of your choosing.

Orders that require a digital proof also require to be approved, you agree to keep track of the process. Orders can't be canceled at anytime during the process, if for any reason you try to cancel the order after I worked on a proof there will be a cancelation fee. 

Do you guarantee delivery time?

No, we cannot guarantee delivery, please upgrade shipping to your need. Although leaving your event date in the drop down menu is extremely helpful and appreciated, this will not affect when your item is received. We do not issue refunds in the case that your item was not received in time for your event, it is your responsibility to ensure you are purchasing the item well in advance, giving appropriate time for processing and estimated delivery times.

If you require an item in a short time frame and are unsure of which shipping option to go with, please feel free to message me PRIOR to purchasing.

I don't offer discounts or refunds for late deliveries please upgrade shipping at check out.

Do you accept returns in the case that the item doesn't arrive on time for my event date?

No, we do not accept returns nor issue refunds in the case that your item was not received in time for your event, it is your responsibility to ensure you are purchasing the item well in advance, giving appropriate time for processing and estimated delivery times. My items are made to order if you require an item in a short time frame and are unsure of which shipping option to go with, please feel free to message me prior to purchasing.

Cancellations & Returns:

Cancellations:

  • I gladly accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase.
  • Orders that have proceeded or shipped cannot be canceled.
  • Digital Orders and Instant Downloads can not be cancelled.
  • Rush orders that are proceeded within the 1 hour time frame from the time the order was placed cannot be canceled.


Returns:
I don't accept returns or exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Shipping:

I only ship to address within the United States. All packages are delivered by USPS.

Standard Shipping: Please allow 6 - 10 business days for delivery
Expedited Shipping: Please allow 4 - 6 business days for delivery
Express Shipping: Please allow 2 - 4 business days for delivery

Please make sure that I get your correct mailing address since this is where the item will be sent to. You can always contact me right away before the order ships to update your mailing address. I cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

If you had an incorrect address at check out and the order has shipped you will have to contact the post office or place a new order. I will not issue a refund.

Combine Shipping:

Shipping is automatically calculated by weight for all your items in your shopping cart. In order to help you save please purchase all items in the same transaction some items require to be shipped alone to prevent damages to the item/s these items will not be combined, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

*Shipping CANNOT be combined if items are purchased in different transactions.

Free shipping on orders of $49.99 or more.

I ordered the wrong size T-shirt can I return it?

No, custom personalized items can not be refunded, nor exchanged, nor returned, nor canceled. Please measure before ordering, we are not responsible for wrong size ordered. The best way to get the size you need is to measure a shirt that fits you/your child best and get a similar one from the size chart. All measurements are in inches.

Stickers:

Are stickers waterproof?
No Stickers are not waterproof these are non-waterproof stickers they are made out of paper and they can NOT be placed on water bottles nor cups.

I can't peel the stickers, how do I remove the backing?
I assure you the stickers are printed on adhesive paper if the stickers you purchased are die cut stickers it is best to use your nails to remove the backing you can separate them by the edge of the sticker.

Copyright:

Digital files are for one time personal use and are not to be re-sold for any reason. You are not allowed to change the files in any way nor to re-sell the file.

Local Pickup:

As of March 17th, 2022 we are offering local pickups you can use coupon code LOCALPICKUP, for a 10% discount. All orders have a 2-3 business days turnaround time and they can only be picked up after you receive a message from us that your order is ready for pickup. Pickup orders can be picked up from Thursdays to Sundays only from 11am - 6pm or 9am to 11am by appointment only.

You must sign at time of pickup as a confirmation that you received your order, please have your order number ready. Make sure to check your order before signing the order form.
