Returns and Exchange Details:

Because most of my products are made to order, I do not offer returns or exchanges. I want all of my customers be happy so I will do anything I can to make that happen.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If for any reason your products are damaged in transit from me to you, I am happy to send new products upon seeing a picture of the damage. I trust the USPS for the most part, but I understand that things happen.

SPELLING ERRORS or INCORRECT DETAILS
If for any reason, you receive products that do not reflect your information provided with your order, please let me know and I will ship new products to you within 1 business day. This is an extremely rare occurrence and I try my very best to operate with 100% perfection, but understand mistakes can and do happen and I am happy to correct any errors on my end right away.

I am not responsible for spelling errors provided to me. We will copy your information provided, so it's important to review your order details and let me know if there should be any changes within 1 business day of purchase.

*Please refer to Shipping policies for items arriving after a specific date. I cannot guarantee any delivery date. I am not responsible for items being delivered after your event date. Please plan on 1 week of processing before an order ships.
